About High Sierra Pack Goats
Alongside four of my goats, I thru-hiked the 172 mile Tahoe Rim Trail in 2021. Throughout this 26 day trek, Bosco, Oatcake, Sharkey, and Jon Snow carried my gear, provided my entertainment, and became my best friends. HSPG is closed for business as of fall 2024, but this page exists as a place to remember the fun times

Born on vacation in Tennessee and living in the wilds of Alaska as a child, adventure was in my soul from the start. So I rode my bicycle coast to coast across the United States 3 times and hiked the John Muir Trail. Then I hiked 731 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail, and goat-packed the Tahoe Rim Trail.
